In an effort to strengthen their father-daughter bond, senior Mariah Kile and her dad ride out on the Harley-Davidson motorcycle every vacation and enjoy both the open road and each other’s company.
Kile began riding motorcycles with members of her family a few years ago, and has not stopped. Since then, Kile and her father have traveled beyond city and state lines, collecting Harley-Davidson ABC points, which are based on the distance traveled and the amount of places visited. This is a tradition that Kile hopes to continue in the future.
“I started riding when I was 12 years old in Alaska with my grandfather,” Kile said. “I ride whenever I can. I love riding fast on an empty freeway with the music playing. It’s just a great feeling. I definitely want to ride with my kids someday too.”
