“Willkommen! Bienvenue! Welcome!” Bellaire’s choir begins Cabaret Night with their traditional “Willkommen” song. On Nov. 1 and Nov. 2, the Bellaire Choir hosted Cabaret Night at Bellaire United Methodist Church. Cabaret Night is an annual event for Bellaire Choir which serves as both an entertainment event for the audience as well as a fundraising opportunity for their yearly choir trip. The show begins with the choir introducing themselves with the welcoming song, “Willkommen.” As the show continues, the audience is treated with supper and vocal performances by choir soloists.
Senior Haden Rhodes cherished his last moments at Cabaret while he served as Friday’s host.
“I loved being Friday’s host, I want to be a sports broadcaster when I grow up so I love doing things like that. My favorite part was singing my last solo at cabaret. Cabaret is an important and fun event because many people get to have solos and display their talent to others which is also something I love to do. “
Concluding their show, Bellaire Choir warmly gave thanks to the audience by singing the “Thank You song” as a final act.
