Weston Benner

Weston Benner, Assignment Editor

Senior Weston Benner is a second-year staffer and Assignment Editor for Three Penny Press. Weston hopes to give back to the Bellaire High School community and make his mark on this ever-evolving world around him. Perpetually full of energy, Weston is usually multitasking with startlingly little efficiency. Outside of TPP, Weston is the president of Geography Club, vice-president of Quizbowl and outreach coordinator for Best Buddies. During the brief reprieve from school, Weston devours rom-coms, heals from a meniscal injury, stays up far too late reading and travels around the world.

This is an illustrated still from director Christopher Nolan's "Oppenheimer," where J. Robert Oppenheimer is forced to confront the horrors of the atomic bomb he has created. I predict "Oppenheimer" to win Best Picture and for Nolan to win Best Director.
