On Feb. 24, British rock band The Horrors released the song, “I See You” as a sneak peek of their upcoming album, “Luminous.” Clocking in at nearly seven-and-a-half minutes, “I See You” is one of their longest songs to date. It is also one of their most textured, and the guitar and synthesizer both add to the overall melody of the song. The guitar is laden with delay and reverb, making some chords echo on for seconds and contributing to the ambient vibe of the song.

This vibe continues from their last album “Skying,” which marked a change from their straightforward, raw garage rock to longer, more progressive songs with more instrumentation. The album is available for preorder now and is out May 5. The rest of the songs on “Luminous” have not been released yet, but if they have a similar sound to “I See You,” this is an album worth anticipating.
