Aaron Olvera Profile
Aaron Olvera, junior, is an amazing artist that has recently started commissioning.
“I started commissioning because a couple of people asked me when i was drawing they asked me if i did commissions and I said what’s that so I looked it up and it turns out apparently you draw things and people buy them from you.” Olvera said. “I was like wait people are interested in this, and I asked around and apparently lots of people want to buy art, and they want to buy my art, so that’s why I started.”
Everyone has pressure to get their homework done, but Olvera has added the pressure of getting commissions done as well to his load.
“ My least favorite part would probably be the whole, actually getting it done part.” Olvera said. “Because, I am a high school student and I have a lot of work, so I don’t really have time or enough time to work on them.”
Even with all this pressure, Olvera uses his art to kick back and relax.
“It helps me relax, whenever I’m stressed out about something about school, use my art as a vent. It works pretty well.”
Olvera has many people pressuring him to get his work done and quickly, but he also has many people there for him. There’s many things and people to inspire him and keep him going.
“Everything inspires me. Other people’s art inspires me a lot but so do my friends.” Olvera said. “My friends are one of the top inspirations. Because I just see them, see their personalities, see the kind of people they are and I just want to put that on paper. And that’s what happens.”
