Karen Breedlove is currently a Junior and a first year staff writer for The Three Penny Press. In addition to writing, Breedlove also contributes graphics to the newspaper. She is currently taking digital art this year and is learning how to play the guitar. She also has previous musical experience, knowing how to play the piano and the ukulele. Outside of school, Breedlove is a Girl Scout and is working towards achieving the Gold Award, needing 100 hours of community service. In her free time, she enjoys drawing people and even maintains her own blog in which she publishes her art.
