Ella Evans, Video Editor
Ella Evans is a senior and third-year staffer, as well as one of the video editors. She joined TPP to try out all areas of journalism and is focusing on video production this year. She is on the Bellaire swim team as well as a club team. In her free time, she loves playing guitar, thrift shopping, and going to concerts. Her goal this year is to help new staff members become confident in their video making skills!
Emily Vaughan, Video Editor
Emily Vaughan, video editor and page designer, is a senior and third-year staffer on TPP. She joined to expand her knowledge in writing and work in different areas of journalism, including video production and design which will be her main focuses for this year. Outside of Three Penny Press, Emily is a varsity athlete (swim, waterpolo and Belles), and she is an officer for the Marine Biology Club. Apart from school, she loves thrifting, driving around with friends, listening to a never ending amount of music, and trying new foods.
Sarah Nitsun, News Anchor
Sarah Nitsun, senior and second-year staffer is elated to lead the broadcast program this year as broadcast anchor. Sarah is grateful for the opportunity to combine her passions for connecting with the Bellaire community with video production. Outside of TPP Sarah holds leadership roles in other organizations such as Belles, SEAARK, JSU, and Today’s Topics to further connect with her community. Outside of school you can find Sarah on a walk, in a pool, or trying local cafes with her friends.
David Raichman, Senior Reporter
David Raichman is a junior and a second-year staffer. He has a strong passion for sports and hope to share his passion with the community. He swims on the men’s varsity swim team and has been swimming competitively for 10 years on a club team. He also hopes to swim in college. He is a member of the Math Buddies Club in Bellaire and is a board member on his local chapter, Reisbord AZA, which is part of a large Jewish teen movement called BBYO.
