Exploring the handwritings of Bellaire

Everyone has a unique genetic code that determines different traits.

Everyone has a unique fingerprint as a form of identification.

Everyone has a unique signature to leave behind in the world. It lies in how we convey the intangible thoughts in the brain into life and the physical world. Thanks to handwriting, everyone has their own unique way.

Handwriting can reveal more about a person than you think— from the slant of letters demonstrating social tendencies to spaces between words that reflect the spaces between thoughts.

The stereotype that people with bad handwriting are more intelligent, or the other way around, takes us away from the bigger picture: Every human’s handwriting on this earth, from the most intricate cursive to unreadable chicken scratch, is a part of the bigger portrait of humanity. In the same way, every handwriting below is part of the bigger portrait of Bellaire High School.
