Haset Mekuria, Editor-in-Chief
Senior Haset Mekuria is a third year staffer and Editor-in-Chief. She joined Three Penny Press to share meaningful stories that create connections between members of the Bellaire community. During her time on staff, Haset has gotten the opportunity to be part of PBS’ Student Advisory Team, meet various new people and learn more about the journalism world. Outside of Three Penny Press, Haset loves to read full books in one sitting, represent organizations that she feels passionate about, like UNICEF and spend time with friends and family.
